Paperless System

We are operating a paperless system wherever possible, we are asking patients to call the surgery and update your contact details with reception and provide us with an email and up to date mobile number.

If patients are requesting any letters from the GP for medical reasons, then you can email your request to [email protected].

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee a time scale for these letters. There is also a charge for private letters.

Blood forms/X-ray forms are now sent electronically to the hospital, you do not have to attend the surgery to collect the form. Patients will be required to call the phlebotomy service on 0121 507 6104 at the time of the request to book their appointment.
