Outside of our normal hours if you require medical help call 111. You can contact them Monday to Friday between 18:30 - 08:00 and at weekends and bank holidays.
You should use the NHS 111 service if:
For less urgent health needs, you should still contact your GP or local pharmacist in the ususal way.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
The Black Country Hub Extended Hours Service
Please note, from the 1st August 2019 The Black Country Hub will be based across 2 sites, Portway Family Practice and Neptune Health Park.
Please see below the opening times and days for each site.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Portway)
Tuesday/Thursday - 6:30pm - 8:00pm (BCFP, Neptune Health Park)
Saturday 8:00am - 12:30pm (BCFP, Neptune Health Park)
Sunday 8:00am - 12:30pm (Portway)

Portway Family Practice is now closed over the Christmas period from Friday 25th December – Monday 28th December.

Thursday 24th December 6:30 – 8:00pm
Friday 25th December: 8:00am – 11:00am
Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th December: 8:00am – 12:30pm
Monday 28th December: 8:00 – 11:00am
At all other times please hang up and call NHS 111.
The surgery will re-open on Tuesday 29th December at 8:00am
