We at Portway Family Practice operate a ZERO TOLERANCE of VERBAL and PHYSICAL aggression against any member of the staff.

If you break this ZERO TOLERANCE you will be removed from our Practice.

Practice Management

Mrs Natalie J (f)

Natalie has worked as a medical receptionist for over 7 years. She is now working as the Practice Manager for Dr Saini and Dr Thandi. Natalie is also the co-ordinator for The Black Country Hub and has now taken on the role of PCN Business Manager for Citrus Health.

Mrs Gemma C (f)

Gemma is the surgeries new Deputy Manager. She is also a qualified Health Care Assistant with many years experience in the NHS.

Administration

Miss Martyna S (f)

Martyna is currently an apprentice here at Portway Family Practice, she is currently studying L3 Business Admin alongside Medical terminology.  Martyna covers all areas here at the practice, including reception, secretary and computer administration.

Miss Hannah B (f)

Hannah is currently an apprentice here at Portway Family Practice, she is currently studying L3 Business Admin alongside Medical terminology.  Hannah covers all areas here at the practice, including reception, secretary and computer administration.

Mrs Liz A (f)

Liz is our senior computer administrator at the practice, she has over 20 years experience working in general practice.

Reception

Mrs Lynne M (f)

Lynne is a receptionist here at the practice and has worked at Portway for over 3 years. Lynn has many years experience and is a valued member of the team.

Mrs Wendy B (f)

Wendy is a receptionist here at Portway Family Practice.  She has been with the practice for over 2 years, she has over 10 years experience in general practice and is a valued member of the team.

Mrs Margaret E (f)

Margaret is a new member of the reception team, she has over 20 years experience in general practice.

Secretaries

Mrs Tracey T (f)

Tracey has worked as a receptionist for over 10 years in general practice. She is now working as our secretary within the practice, for 4 years.
